Swallow, feels wierd

When I swallow it hurts on the left backside of neck. Im very very tense. But I need reassurence. Its freakin me out and prob will be sending me into panicattacks.

I have this too. Right now I have a cold, throat is sore, so that is some of it.
But I do have a lot of tension in my neck. And that will make my throat hurt.
When you think about it, a tense neck means tense throat, and swallowing is more forceful against those muscles.
