Ok here goes! I am so peed off with my weight right now, I weighed myself today and I'm 20 st 20 bloody st, I'm only 26 and luckily have no health problems (lots of mental ones) I just dont know what to do, (the post below made me write on here) I have no motivation to do anything, im not helping myself as being 20st isnt bad enough I also smoke like trooper (to scared to give up in case I put on more weight) and I drink alot too :(. Please can someone give me some advice or wave a magic wand.

I am afraid there is no magic wand just hard work ahead.

What worked for me was joining Weight Watchers classes and I also did Rosemary Conley - that may suit you more as you get an exercise class too.

So I ended up doing the WW diet and going to the RC classes.

You could also ask your GP to refer you to a dietician which can help with menu plans etc.

Hi Im enjoying swimming, I go on sundays as its quiet. I need to loose about 3 stone, and Im really self-concious, so sunday is perfect. Its low impact and will do you the world of good.
Shame my hubby has to get chips after, but I resisted today!
