I've got beta blockers, st john's wort, bach's remedy, kalms. I don't take them all at the same time, but does anyone know of a good resource for finding out which are good and bad combinations?

By the way, I took Bach's for the first time on Monday expecting it to work instantly and it didn't. I've been doing what it says, taking it atleast 4 times a day and I've nearly gone through the whole thing in less than 3 days, but I do feel more chilled out!! It's too early to be conclusive, but try sticking with it for a bit.

Bach remedy can be taken with anything and betablockers are compatible with those too.

Thanks Meg, that's just the advice I needed. I've been feeling less anxious with Bachs, but very depressed. I have tried St Johns Wort before and felt a bit better for it, but the scare stories put me off.

You are always reassuring. Thanks
