Stomach pain. Help!

Hi. Since this morning, i've had pain in my lower stomach and back at one side. Yesterday i had the hangover from hell and i had been very sick. Im putting it down to perhaps pulling a muscle or hurting it when i have been wrenching and being sick. My mind is running riot and i am just seeking some re-assurance. Thanks x

It will definatley be your muscle. I have done an intense dance class today, and I bet my tummy feels the same as yours. Agonising!!!!!!!!!
You just need to rest it,and maybe not drink so much next time :P :) x x x

sounds like its from being sick hun. you'll be fine by wed or thurs. pulled muscles hurt worse after the second day

Thanks for your replies. Im worrying and have it in my head that it may be a blood clot. My back hurts and i keep making myself burp so not sure of thats what is making my back hurt. I suppose i would know all about it if i had that. I have a hot water bottle on it just now so hopefully it will get better x
