Abdominal niggles

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else gets little niggles in various places all over there abdomen? I also get rumble/movement noises a times.

Does anyone know what it might be?

Hi Ace sounds like wind to me ,Are the tummy pains constant ??

No, on and off throughout the day. I've been having them for quite some time now. Maybe a few months

yes its your abdomen muscles contracting with the tension and anxity also making acid try an antacid when the rumbling starts i find this helpful also lie down and do some breathing exercises :roflmao:
