Fast heart :(

Last night i was drifting off to sleep and my heart kept racing i think its anxiety although im going to the doctors today,any one else get this..

Oh yes I get this all the time some times feel fluttering in my chest too. Had all the heart tests doc says its anxiety x

Heart rate increases when you are anxious, perfectly normal.

I've had pulses in the 160's from panic. My EKG's were all normal. Just anxiety.

i always get fast heart when i feel panicky or av an attack,

Firstly I'd like to say hello! Secondly, I get the same thing usually at night - that's when I'm most worried.

Thirdly - Sammi such a relief to hear other people have the heart fluttering my GP looked at me like I was talking in a foreign language when I told her. I was worried that my anxiety wasn't even real - this has removed that worry! :D
