Achy legs at night in bed/while sleeping :/

it only ever started when i first got my anxiety as far as i know alright i do always fijjit my feet about at night but read up on it and could be 'restless leg syndrome' if not that dose any1 else have this happen to them and i mean it dose hurt but its not 'owie' pain just really annoying most feel it in my calfs.. can any1 shed a light on this? or dose any1 else have the same thing? :huh:

I get restless legs every night from my mirtazapine. It just feels like I want to get up and walk around the room or kick things to get rid of the annoying feeling. However it doesn't hurt at all.
Could it be that your legs are sore because you're tensing them when you're awake? A bit like growing pains as a child?

I know this! I'm currently coming off Paroxetine of 20mg after ten years. I'm on 10mg at the moment and the restless leg syndrome is worse than ever. Coincidence? I think not.
