Anxiety symptoms

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone gets anxiety symptoms even when they don't feel anxious? At the moment I've got the feeling of a tight throat as if something feels kind of stuck in it. Was fine this morning now its appeared.

Its perfectly normal to get the symptoms even when u dont feel anxious. I often get my symptoms when im just sitting watchin tv!
