Head pressure ia back :(

I VE BEEN HERE FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS AND ON AND OFF IVE HAD SOME HEAD PRESSURE SO BAD WERE I CANT DO ANYTHING FEELS LIKE A TON OF BICKS ARE SETTING ON MY HEAD ALLDAY EVERYDAY I WENT AND HAD CT SCAN DONE IT CAME BACK CLEAR IAM HAPPY FOR THAT THEN ONE DAY I WOKE UP AND ITS GONE ....BUT ITS BACK AGIN ITS SO BAD IAM SEEING MORE floaters in my eyes so i made a eye app dont go till next month iam so scared something is realy bad wrong this isnt normall at all i also get pain in my ears please if anyone has had head pressure write back thanks

yeh iv had it its a really common physical symptom of anxiety i always felt liek top heavy but after reading up on anxiety head pressure it was ok lol dw i think most people have it and anxiety can cause blury vision as well

Hi, I definitely get that -drives me crazy! Head is so heavy and 'pressurised', and blurred vision and extreme earache (but not childhood earache). I went to the doc and saw a specialist about ear -there is something wrong as in the joint which gets inflamed so was told to use anti inflammatorys. Sometimes when we're scared it makes the problem 'feel' worse. It's a matter of trying to relax - haven't found that answer myself - especially when Im in that zone x

how long does it last hun cause mine last as long as a month

Certainly a few weeks -nothing seems to lessen the pain. I just stay away from people as much as I can when it happens. Sometimes it can be a few days -the pain.

i absoluetly get the head pressure right into my ears! Been to doctor 4 times about ear pressure..nothing wrong. have tried everything to get rid of it but to no remedy. just makes you crazy for sure. i hope somebody knows what all this is...is it just another part of anxiety?

I think its anxiety. But the ear pressure was due to a prob with a jaw joint -it transferred the pain to my ear. I took about 4 years before my doc sent me to an ear consultant. All that helps me is keeping away from what makes me anxious as much as poss. What about some nice relaxing music that you can lose yourself in? Or drinking some water?
