i havent been on here for ages but today have really noticed a buzzing feeling pretty much throughout my whole body but particularly in my limbs arms more than legs,
i also have terrible ear ache today i dont know if this is connected.
has anyone else experienced this i dont feel particularly anxious , maybe ive got an ear infection or cold coming but you all know what its like just cant help worrying.
