Has anyone found since getting their anxiety disorder they get constipated?

I am the complete opposite lol

It could be related to your diet as well

No, I'm the opposite. But ADs can cause constipation: tricyclics and neuroleptics.

Not on any pills though :( My anxiety really kicked in when the constipation started combined with sometimes a loss of feeling on parts of my right body. :(

Look at your diet and increase the fibre

Over the last year I have tried eating more fibre, more exercise, cutting out foods, adding foods and everything the doctor and nutritionist has recommended, guess i need to see them again maybe.
