blood in my mouth

i was just sat down and i could taste blood so i went to the bathroom and spat it out yuk yes i know anyway there it was BLOOD i managed to calm myself down and i checked again and there was no more blood but i checked all my mouth and it hadnt come from my teeth

has anyone else had this happen for no reason cos im stressing

I have had it when my teeth are bleeding, but when I have looked in my mouth could not see any blood on my teeth, I am sure its only your teeth try not to let it stress you out hun x

Hi, Yes I have had this, it will either be from your gums or if you have cut your mouth with something like a crisp or a biscuit or similar.
