hi

on the blood pressure machine what is the figure your heart rate is when having a panic attack mine was 165/121 pulse 180 it gradually went down to normal 121/80 pulse 84 so is the pulse rate the number of beats your heart is doing or is it the other numbers on the machine?

I'm not sure the pulse rate is especially important in most cases. The systolic/diastolic ratings are what matter. If you're distressed in any way (emotionally or physically) or you have just eaten or drunk something, or even if you move or talk during the blood test, the results will be unrealistic.

121/80 is pretty much perfect. If that was your reading when calm, you have nothing at all to worry about. 165/121 would indicate either severely high blood pressure if you consistently got that reading over a period of at least a month while you were relaxed during the measurement, or it indicates anxiety.
