Hey all. Just joined today. I'm Louise, i'm 31 and married with 2 sons. and I've suffered with anxiety on and off for about 14 years (since i had my first son at 17 and found it difficult to cope) The past couple of weeks have been really awful :weep: with near constant palpatations.
Not sure what i hope to achieve by joining here but i really do feel like no one around me has a clue how i feel. :shrug:
