i feel really dizzy and faint... im so scared HELP

Lately i have been feeling faint and dizzy. also as soon as i feel this my heart starts racing i dunno if it is due to the panic ... i feel like i cant breath .. im so scared what is happening?? am i dying is this just due to anxiety ... has anyone ever felt this please help im so scared :weep:

I think its anxiety hun I feel like this sometimes on a daily basis x
