My appt was at 10am this morning, she was a lovely person and i felt quite at ease. She wanted to know more about me and when i thought my problems started and what might have been the trigger.

I started by telling her about my sister who i had cared for up until she died...and that was it, the flood gates open and i spent almost the hour in floods of tears [Sigh...]

I now feel wiped out and a little down in the mouth...can anyone tell me, does it get easier? I don't want to feel like this every week.

Hi Trish

Well done for going and I am glad you felt at ease with her.

There is no denying that it is hard work and sometimes topics that come up can be difficult and emotion provoking. I had a session like this today.

Stick with it though because it will be worth it in the end.
