Never been on one of these before and not sure how to start.

I've been on Citalopram for the last 8 months ish. Started on 20mg got upped to 40mg a day after about 3 months. Lost my repeat script form and have had 3 days without meds and have got the head whooshes today and feel really crap. Can't believe it's come on so quickly...
