breathing problems

posted this on health anx to i have this feeling of breathless ness all time when lying down i feel im suffocating dr said chest clear but dont know why im breathless all time dont know if its my anx back gain but its scary feelin like this all time im even havin trouble gettin to sleep now cos i feel breathless all time does any 1 else have this symptom i dont feel like im hyperventilating im just breathless

Yes I do. I sometimes feel constantly breathless. Your taking in too many deep breaths without realising it, or you have become used to it. You need to take normal breaths again. Small, relaxed ones. They still count!! Its just gonna take to time adjust to them again x x x

thanks kate its so hard cos i think im breathin normal then my mind must take over i keep thinkin theres somethin underlying to cause it
