panic attack

hi
im having a really bad wk this wk can anyone tell me if this is panic i feel like somethings stuck in my chest i feel sick and hot iv had props all wk with chest pain been to docs today he said i had a ECG heart stress test last yr all ok he said it could be angina if it got worse go back .i have acid reflux had a sore throat all wk and they gave me antibiotics for a chest infection he said i had a crackling noise . iv been at the hospital every day to see my son who had a op that went wrong it Nealy cost him his life so iv had some very stressful times . i do my deep breathing it goes after five Min's im left with shaking legs etc im thinking if it was my heart then the pain would get worse not go away

I was sorry to hear about your son. Hope he’s doing alright now.

They do say that when under a lot of stress, a person is more susceptible to experiencing panic. So it does all add up.

Hope this spell soon passes.
