Hi all
Apologies if this has been asked a hundred times already but is it safe to exercise (as much and more than usual) whilst taking propranalol? I have an induction at my works gym tomorrow and although i swim 3 times a week i don't really exert myself like i probably will be doing tomorrow!! Just wondered if anyone has actually been advised what's safe to do/not to do.
