yeh i always feel weired well at least i think i do, the best thing to do is just ignor it i know thats hard and its hard for me and i dont always do it but if you worried about not geting enought sleep but put the tv on to it drones out your thoughts and just lie and rest thats what i do resting dose give you energy so dont worrie hope this helps =]
