Please help me because this is sending me into anxiety free fall!
Last week I went out cycling and I got so cold as it was raining and really windy. My legs were pretty much completely numb when I got home but I warmed up in front of the fire. Now since yesterday it feels like my legs keep going really cold like when I'm sat on the sofa the wind is blowing around them. They don't hurt specifically and there is no swolleness or anything, just this coldness. My husband says I have got the cold in them and I probably hurt the muscles trying to cycle home, but I just can't cope with it and I feel like I'm going crazy about it. Any responses are appreciated.
