hi just had a woman ring me about my fearfighter course ( its like cbt but online and telephone support ) she wanted me to go for an assessment to the clinic in the next village away from me! i explained one of the reasons for doing this was i am no good on public transport, she was lovely about it and said she would do it over the phone on monday, which is fine by me! i was just wondering if any one knew what i should expect to be asked as she said it could take up to 40 mins to be assessed.
i suppose am just a bit worried about it, but on the other hand i guess its the first step to my recovery :D hope so cos im really struggling right now.
