breathin again sry guys not coping today

hi guys me again my health anx is gettin better of me today all this breathin thing is gettin to me i even feel breathless doin the littlest things now i think i may have copd i had chest xray but i know ot doesnt diagnose it so now i have in my head its copd very scary cos drs say ur chest is clear but why am i breathless goion anything any suggestions does anyone else feel this when they walk or do things is it part of anx

anxiety can cause so many breathing problems josparks. If you had copd your doctor would have diagnosed it by now im sure. Try as hard as you can to forget about your breathing for a while. it's not easy to do, but you might find it eases it. It's good news that the xrays are clear :D

thanks mick i just worry cos its also when i walk around i feel out of breath so i analyse and think its copd health anx is so pants

Ask your doctor for a lung function test. It's really easy. :)
