No infection so what is it?

Went to out of hours GP Saturday as awful abdo pain. He said bladder felt sensitive so gave me antibiotics but before that I did a urine sample.
The results have come back as no infection, and still have dull pain, so what is it??

I have a lot of bladder probs miggymoggy. Sometimes when I have pain the tests show infection, sometimes they don't. I have been diagnosed with overactive/irritable bladder and take medication for that (it's not a serious condition). Once recently the test came back negative but when they grew a culture from it there was an infection.

Basically, I suggest you go along and see your own doc, and it's prob worth taking a sample with you x
