hi all.
for three weeks now i have suffered with a really bad lower back. it only hurts when i stretch that area of my back, its around the lower right hand side and into my right hand buttock. i am now getting worried incase it is not a muscle problem and is something more serious? can anyone please help me who may of had a back or muscle problem and tell me how long it can trake to heal, because the more time it remains the more i am getting worried.
