Hi,i'm new here.Started browsing a few days ago.
I'm stacie,I have a phobio of dying/getting old.
I have suffered from this for 15 years,and i'm 24.
These past 8 weeks,everything has come to a head.Where i would only have a panic-attack about the above subject once every few weeks,and then the thoughts would go away.
I've started thinking about it,from the second i wake,to the second I sleep.
I've been to the doctors and I have been refered fro CBT.
I can handle an attack 1-2 a month,but this constant fear and thinking is making me sick,dizzy and in a fearfull crying state constantly.Not good around two under two year olds
