cipralex withdrawal

Hi ive been taking cipralex for over ten years and my doc wants me to come off them. ive dropped from 20mg to 10mg over the last 2 weeks and now feel dreadful i feel as if my head and chest are pulsating with a feeling of high pressure in my head has anyone felt this way when comming off cipralex.

You are bound to have few side affects when you've been on them so long.
I was on marplan and amitripyline for ten years when i was younger and i suffered quite badly when i came off of them.
I remember sleeping most of the day and feeling so ill with all sorts of symptoms.
You just need to do it really slowly, i used to cut mine into quarters in the end but a few weeks after i completely stopped them i felt so much better than when i was on them.
