new course of telephone support

After weeks of waiting as my support caller was off sick I called for help again to No Panic for telephone support as I am in the midst of a Blip again that has been with me for the past 2 weeks and its unbearable,
So fingers crossed I will get back on course.:yesyes:

Hi Jean,

When I first read your subject, I took it the wrong way, however it was a good idea, I hope you feel better soon. It would be good if we could pick up the phone, hey coming online in away you are picking up the phone, though now it's broadband. it never used to be broadband, used to go through your phone, in on way you are kinda picking up the phone and phoning no more panic.

when I come online, my phone and internet go through the hub. I'm virtually picking up my phone to phone nmp.

When I came and read your post, I realised what you were saying, thank you very much.

I hope you do get better soon. hope you have a good weekend.
