Been a member for a couple of months all the messages helped me fly to Crete and back !! you all on here are brill and I am trying to find funding to help set up a self help group non-profit just to genuinely help ive been in panic and if you havent had the symptoms you just dont realise.....
I will get funding to help all us ideas welcome !!

How about setting up a local support group for the area you are in, we have one here in chester that lizzie organises and it is brill, we arrange to meet monthly and help each other out it is fabulous.
