Serious anxiety panic during an audit there :(

Working overtime thenow and for some reason looked up Epstein Barr Virus as I'm feeling shattered and have a sore head today next time it says it's related to Leukoplakia and I keep obcessing over my mouth and I have had a sore on the sides of my mouth from time to time and think I have a terrible illness.

Dentist doesn't open til Monday now and I am going to have yet another ruined weekend

Was sick in the toilet an hour ago, sweating and just now sort of calmed down but keep going to check the sides of my tongue and all that every 10 mins.

I really really need therapy.

This is ruining me :(

Is it easier to go private ? I am still waiting on the NHS to see someone for CBT :weep:

have you spoken to your GP? My surgery had a counsellor who at least got me started, she was free for 10 sessions. private CBT can be pricey

there are some good books in the meantime, check out CBT for Dummies and Overcoming Health Anxiety
And try to keep off the net it'll drive you mad
