Just joined I am a mid 30s female. Married Working mother of a toddler. Have been partaking in CBT for around 14 weeks:yesyes:. I have anxiety issues and generalised depression. I am basically looking for a little bit of info surrounding my CBT and this forum seemed like a very good place to start.
