cant cope :(

am i the only person out there that feels like this ???
im constantly aching allover ... feel like i cant cope 90 percent of the time and its weird cause if people ask me how im feeling i cant explain it cause i feel allsorts of diferent things..!! i cant sleep at night i go to get in bed then the anxiety starts i just dont know what to do any more i constantly worrie about dying and feel constantly ill like im dying cancer !!! :emot-crying::emot-crying::emot-crying::emot-crying::emot-crying::emot-crying:

Hi there and welcome to the forum. Well if you've read some of the posts here then the answer to your question is that no, you are not the only person out there to feel this way. Why not read up on the left hand side, all the catagories that cover how you feel? Keep posting and i'm sure you will find the help you need.
