still in a panic since yesterday

wish this would go away i feel faint my chest is so tight my body is tense and i keep hyperventilating. been trying to stay calm since it started yesterday, was waking up throught the night feeling sick and just real dread, hope this doesnt go on all day :weep:

laid on sofa now watching wallace & gromit with my little one, seems to be distracting me for now. hubby just outside with rac got a new car yesterday with only 8 miles on clock now wont start and rac bloke thinks theres a serious fault with the computer system :ohmy: oh happy days lol
