Hi, my names gail ,i suffer from post traumatic stress syndrome and depression, i have had this for about 6 years due to being beaten up in an armed robbery i have had councilling and been under a mental health team.
there have been times when all i wanted to do was end it all as i felt i was letting everyone down and couldn,t see any way of escaping the black cloud that hovered above my head,i also feel that i can,t talk openly to people because i didn,t want to come across as weak,so when my sister in law told me about this site i thought i would check it out.
