new to nmp. depression for 2-3 year. 7 year in recovery from alcoholism. recently switched meds from 60mg citalopram to 20 mg fluoxetine and feel worse than ever(v irritable). will this get better. is this usual?

Hi, when iwas first put on meds for the depression i was put on fluxotine and i didnt like it at all. I stopped taking it which might not have been the best thing to do, but i just didnt like the feeling it gavve me
