Propanolol and bad left kidneys

Ok so i was born with 1 kidney that functioned properly, but my left kidney had no tube, so i had to have an operation for my left kidney, and they put in a plastic tube for it, anyways wat i want to talk abt is tht i have took propanolol for 5 days straight for ocular migraines, and today i found out that it could cause kidney disease, so should i stop completly, or gradualy? plus i have been having kidney pains before even taking it, so would propanolol make my kidneys worse?

I assume your Dr knows you have kidney problems??/ If you are unhappy then I would contact your GP as soon as possible and ask about it - I also assume that kidney disease as a side effect would be after prolonged use as some people have to take this drug all the time.
