I first had this a couple of weeks ago -
My ears feel 'full', if that makes sense? Just in front, where you can feel your jaw joint. It also feels kind of numb? It's not all the time, it just comes on sometimes. My mum says she used to get it with anxiety. It's strange and horrible :weep:
On Saturday night it came on quite bad, then I had pain in both ears.
I've suffered with anxiety and depression for YEARS but never had this before, could it really be a new symptom of anxiety for me?
