i have such a terrible headache today, i had it yesterday as well and it got better when i left work and now it is back with vengeance!!!
it is right at the base of my skull and around my forehead, i know this is as a result of tension and my neck problems but i just need to have a sook.
i really just want to go home to bed and sleep but i can't leave work, well i could but i feel bad doing it.
nothing is making it feel better, i have taken some panadol for it and have also been doing my neck stretches etc
