Started Cipralex

Ok, Started Cipralex, 2 days now, 5mcg to start with both days, I take it around 8pm, but when waking up the next morning I feel a bit dizzy and just drained, of energy, the dizzyness goes away but struggle to get out of bed...

My 2nd question, is, can Cipralex be mixed with Ibuprofen or Tylenol? not sure what I can take when I have a headache and on Cipralex.
