has anyone tried fearfighter?

i just came across this site and wondered if anyone has tried it. its called fearfighter and is a cbt course done online and it seems the only way to get in after reading the info on the site is by referral by your gp and your gp surgery has to come under a primary care trust who has a licence for the program. if anyone has tried this would they tell of there experience and if it has worked. thanks

hey pauluk, i am just starting this course today! you have to be refered through your gp, then ff get in touch with you! i was really shocked it only took three wks wait :D i had my assessment over the phone yesterday and im getting my log in details today!
its a nine wk programme so will let you know how i get on.
she says 98% of people are cured on it so ill give it a go.

i was on the fear fighter program i dint learn much from it. i dont think its as effective as maybe seeing someone face to face for it. . everyones different tho and i did learn some things from it xxx

i had my assessment phone call today and the guy said he ring back monday to see if im suitable. so fingers crossed :)
