When i woke up this morning i had a sort of "pins and needles" in my right hand and it's been here all day, it's not painful but i can't stop concentrating on it.

I don't know, it seems to have gone for now, It's the second time i've had it.. Oh now i have thought about it again it's back :/

I wouldn't worry about it then. Just try to keep your arm mobile and relaxed. I'm sure you'll wake up fine tomorrow :)
