Sore/Tender scalp

Hi,
I had a dull headache for about 2 weeks which ended a week ago. Then I got a cold, with some pressure in the forehead.
Now, everything is fine, except my scalp has tender/sore spots. No headache, just sore on the right side of my head. :weep: . Also, my right ear feels sore when I touch it.
I wonder if anybody else has had something like this, and how long did it last before it cleared up?

My guess is that neck muscle tension is causing all this.

how long as it been sore for? maybe you slept funny?
also if you tie your hair up , you get whats called a pony tail headache where you scalp feels sore to the touch.
could be sinus too if it's your forehead.

it's been sore like this for about a week.
the pressure in my forehead cleared up about the time this started.

And I haven't had my hair tied up in a ponytail :P
