Hi all,

My doc referred my to a councillor to have iCope sessions, which start next week when I have my 1st assessment. Has anyone else had these? Do they work?

I presume this is something local to you as I have never heard of it. We have a referral service through our GP surgery which is local and has a different name so I presume it's similar. I have had my first assessment for that and am waiting to go on a stress management course.

im a bit worried it not what i need to be honest. i think it might be a quick fix for people not at our level if you know what i mean!
