I've really bad pains in my head. I've so much on my mind lately. Struggling to cope. My head and eyes hurt.

I know exactly what you mean by that - I get a terrible squeezing band around my head when I am very anxious or stressed. I also get migraine and this can do that aswell. Try and get some sleep and take some painkillers. A cold flannel over the eyes helps me too..I often wake up with the flannel still over my face the next morning!!:D
