i'm always exhausted

actually been doing quite well this week, i haven't had an attack. been doing breathing techniques etc and have counselling soon. i'm also on propranolol 40mg once a day.

however i'm ALWAYS tired. i've been going to bed at 11.30-12pm and waking up at 11. I don't feel refreshed if iI don't get atleast 10 hours sleep. Is this something to do with anxiety or my tablets.. it's driving me nuts. last night i was falling asleep at 7pm.

this could be the anxiety or actually the Propranolol can make you feel very tired. Perhaps try taking the Propranolol just when you feel you need it,

Propranolol made me very tired, it slows you down. Anxiety also uses up lots of energy, so it could be a combination of both. For me, too much sleep is better than too little but if you keep feeling tired, tell your doctor. Also make sure you're eating enough iron.
