Eyestrain

Ok, Im 16 years old and I'm a heavy gamer so I'm the computer alot... I seem to get after images sometimes after looking at stuff and little colors every now n then in the side of my vision... Does anyone who use computer alot seem to have these symptoms?

Yes and its because your eyes are always focussed on something close and get strained.

You need to get up and look out of the window or even better go outside for a quick walk every hour or so and look at the horizon and into the distance to exercise the distance focus muscles
