trouble sleeping

just havent really been able to sleep as of late. not really certain why. ive had 2 cups of herbal(chamomile+tazo passion) tea and rescue remedies. but i just cant seem to get to sleep. every time i try to lay down and try sleeping i just end up panicking myself awake.. it only happens like every other night though...

since my latest bout of panic attacks and obsessive thiughts, i have had no problem falling to sleep, i just find i wake up around 4am and can not get back to sleep due to my mind racing.

i also wake at 4ish...my thoughts of all my worries run thru my head,my heart starts pounding,then i can sleep or i do i get like a feel of electric running thru me that jolts me up...born worrier..
