wierd head feelings i have had pa and aniexty for a long time but the head feelings you get stilll freak me out im getting to the point were its has to be because of over breathing. any one else get odd head feelings.:)

What do you mean exactly by odd head?

I get weird head rushes.

headrush, got cold sensations, sore spots, feeling like your head will explode, pressure, sensation of a tight band being around around your head, dizziness, light headedness,
thats all I could think of, I have had all of these symptoms and I'm fairly certain it's just anxiety.
how are you feeling ??
