With my therapist yesterday we write somethings down on card for me to say to myself when I feel panicky.
Thought these might help other people to, we write down;
I can be anxious and still deal with this situation.
This isn't the worse thing that could happen.
I'm going to go with this and wait for my anxiety to decrease.
I deserve to feel ok right now.
I can take all the time i need in order to let go and relax.
No need to push myself I can take as smaller steps forward as I choose.
This anxiety won't hurt me even if it doesn't feel good.
Also I had an idea when I get negative thoughts I'm going to try imagine these thoughts floating down a water fall and being washed away.

Mmm. That's interesting. I have a suspicion that may be the root of my issues.

Not a good day today but working on it. I'll think about this

Mr Badger, I suspect that this one might be a good point for a lot of us!

Unfortunately, like a lot of us on here, my automatic reaction when I feel panicky is

:madness::sofa:
